Matthew Jalandoni

Matthew Jalandoni is a senior law student at the University of Wisconsin Law School and is expected to graduate in May 2010. He was elected President of the UW Student Bar Association for 2009-2010 and served as Class Representative from 2007-2009. In addition, Matt is the Articles Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal and is an active member of the Asian Pacific-American/South Asian Law Students Association. He served as the 2009 Program Banquet Chairman of the Asian Pacific-American/South Asian Law Students Association and was responsible for planning and organizing the 40th annual celebration of diversity initiatives at the UW Law School. He also competed in the 2008 Thomas Tang International Moot Court Competition sponsored by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.
Matt completed his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at Columbia University in New York in May 2005 and was on the Dean’s List for several semesters. He also played defensive back for Columbia’s Varsity Football Team for four years, was an active member of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, the Columbia Catholic Athletes, and the Liga Filipina, a cultural and dance troupe at the University.
