Elizabeth Watermeier
Elizabeth Cariaga Watermeier has served as a board member of FACCOC since February 2007. She assumed her role as director of member relations in February 2009. She is also a member of Asian Business Association of Orange County.
She is an independent financial consultant and partners with agents to provide individuals and businesses with the best financial products and services that will meet their needs. She has worked at MetLife and New York Life as a financial services representative. Previously, she had over six years of accounts payable experience, training and managing staff at Unocal Corporation.
Community involvement is a priority for her. She is an active PTA fundraiser for her four teenage sons’ schools. She contributes and participates in various church activities. She was a finance committee member of her church and a school board treasurer of a child care center.
Elizabeth grew up in Guam and arrived in California to attend college. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and finance from California State University Fullerton. She earned a certificate in public service and nonprofit leadership from the Student Leadership Institute.
