Gloria Rull
President
Gloria C Rull has over 20 years of extensive experience in managing administration, accounting and financials of manufacturing and service oriented companies. She was the Corporate Controller for a public company, trading in Nasdaq from 1990- 2000., CECO Environmental Corp located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. She moved to California in April, 2000 where she worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Circuit Automation, in Irvine, CA, a privately owned manufacturer of high-tech equipment for the printed circuit board industry. Five years later, she joined Healthcare Management Partners, LLC a medical billing company in Irvine, CA as a Corporate Controller. She is currently a shareholder of Healthcare Management Partners, LLC.
Gloria started being an entrepreneur as a retirement and risk management consultant for Elite Financial Inci. in the initial years of doing her own business. She is now currently with New York Life Inc, providing risk protection and retirement planning.
Gloria has multiple university degrees. She has degree in Chemistry from a prestigious Catholic university in the Philippines prior to her BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
Gloria has two daughters, Christine who graduated from Penn State with a major in Communications, currently working as a project manager for a technology company in San Francisco and Catherine who graduated from the University of CA Santa Barbara with a major in Communications and Global Studies and is also working in San Francisco as an educator and organizer for a non profit organization. Gloria and her husband Romeo Rull, who is an R&D Engineering Manager for Skyworks, Inc in Newport Beach, reside in a community called Northpark in Irvine, CA.
Gloria is currently the 2009-2010 President of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Orange County (FACCOC) and a Board Member of the Asian Business Association Orange County (ABAOC). She was an honoree at the 14th annual NAWBO-OC 2009 Remarkable Women Awards.
On the other side of volunteering her time servicing the FACCOC needs, Gloria’s mission is to be a business partner for her clients, providing financial stability and financial independence, operating with the highest level of integrity. She seeks to create wealth for her clients and assure the realization of their dreams by maintaining a discipline approach.
